Workshops are currently offered in-person, at your hosted location (workplace, church organization, book club, women’s group). Workshops are 1 to 2 hours in length. Contact Emily to schedule one of the following workshops.

1. Health From The Inside Out

If you struggle with yo-yo dieting, sabotaging negative thoughts, or “information overload” with regards to diet and fitness, this Workshop is for you! Get ready to rethink your eating and exercise approaches, and dial in psychological strategies for creating a long-term healthy lifestyle!

2. Postpartum Wellness

Becoming a mother for the first, second, or seventh time is a tremendous experience. For some, it’s incredibly fulfilling; for others, it’s completely overwhelming. Most women experience a range of emotions, all heightened by lack of sleep and their new reality. Some women find it difficult to feel like themselves for a while after having the baby, and benefit from the camaraderie of a group setting. This workshop provides guidance, growth, and friendship for new moms.

  • Learn to feel okay with whatever your experience of birth and postpartum has been
  • Learn strategies for dealing with highs and lows of emotions
  • Self-care: Why it’s vital, What you can do, How to recognize overwhelm and burnout

3. Beyond Stress

Stress is the root cause of 80% of doctor visits.

  • Learn the toll stress takes on your body and brain, and how your stress affects people around you
  • Learn how to set boundaries in areas that will make a difference to your stress reduction
  • Learn 3 techniques that will reduce your stress in real time, and over time
  • Learn healthy mindset hacks to help you continue to build a stress-less life

4. Empty Nest Moms

Whether you’re a “working mom” or a “stay-at-home mom”, you likely devote endless physical and emotional energy to caring for your kids. So when it’s time for them to leave home, you may be feeling like a big part of your identity went with them. Many moms feel unmoored during the transition to empty-nest-hood. But it can be an incredibly empowering new chapter of your life, if you have the right mindset. This workshop can help you connect back with yourself in order to create a purposeful “next chapter” of your life.
